Current Employee – been working at American Eagle Outfitters full-time for more than 8 years

Pros – Great benefits, an pay. Fast paced. Great clothing. Professional company with 401k and stock options.

Cons – Hard to move up, and get overlooked. High demands, and not enough communication with higher management.

Advice to Senior Management – Be prepared to give 110% just to get by. A lot of turnover.
