ConsHard to move up, and get overlooked. High demands, and not enough communication with higher management.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe prepared to give 110% just to get by. A lot of turnover.

    Pros: An amazing 40% (sometimes 50%) discount you get. They give you good hours, unlike other mall stores.… Cons: If you work floorsets, you're going to be working 24+ hours in 3 days.
