GREAT employee discount, and fun people to work with.

Cons

tiring
overnight floor sets
pressure to get people to get store credit cards

Advice to ManagementAdvice

i hated the pressure to get people to sign up for a credit card, i felt bad about signing people up for something that is not helpful for them financially.

    -friendly managers/co-workers
    -fun atmosphere
    -not commission-based
    -if you do your job well, you get good amount of hours
    -opportunity to interact with all sorts of people
    -great discount (40%)
    -great learning opportunity for retail
    -you get recognized for doing a good job

    Cons

    - min wage
    - pressure to get credit cards
    - pressure to meet store goals even though you don't have too much power over how much people buy
    - high expectations of your ability to sell merchandise
    - a lot of work for low pay

    stop focusing so much on credit cards
