Former Employee – worked at American Eagle Outfitters part-time for more than 3 years

Pros – You get great discounts and style guide deals. The people were interesting and fun to work with. Great team dynamic and managing team was very personable. Lots of room to grow, should you wish to be a manager. The managing team was flexible with hours if you wanted more. If you couldn't make a shift they would help find someone else to cover for you.

Cons – Booking time off was difficult, especially during holidays.
Raises were given right before minimum wage went up.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
