Fly standby only, although you have to pay, may wait all day and not get a flight. Schedules change every couple of months, you bid for a time slot, no idea what task you will get. Management doesn't try to communicate with you. Favoritism is rife, but favorites change often, work as hard as you can and still get no appreciation.

Advice to Senior Management

Actually listen to people, commission independent separation interviews when people leave, especially when you have 60 - 70% losses annually. Make an employee handbook available..
