I have been working at American Eldercare full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

The case managers are good people who care about their co-workers, and want to do a good job.

    Cons

The managers are overbearing, micro-managing bullies. They blame the case managers for problems, and do not take responsibility for their failures. Case managers are expected to work overtime without compensation. There are technical problems which prevent timely submissions of documentation, but case managers are still held accountable for late submissions. A no win situation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get training in management. Take responsibility, and treat your staff better.
