Current Employee – been working at American Express full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Great work-life balance
Excellent location
Strong benefits
Interesting projects
Powerful brand
Great resume builder
Cons – It's big! The company constantly re-organizes, so it's possible to get lost in the shuffle or work on projects that are not an executive priority.
Advice to Senior Management – I wouldn't change much. A few less re-orgs would be helpful for consistency.
