  1. A good company overall.

    Pros

The company cares about retaining its employees. The health benefits are great, and you work with people that love what they do. There are many employees there that have spent many decades building their career with the company.

    Cons

If you are unlucky, then you may end up with a group where there is no mobility or opportunity for growth. Also, the market level of pay is below that of competitors- the reason for that is the balance of work life.

  2. Helpful (1)

Short duration worth it however seems it is on a slide.

    Pros

Very employee friendly , great brand name to work with which gives a lot of work life balance oppurtunities

    Cons

People working for long have become complacent, and there are undercurrent of old vs new. The handover process is flawed and the checks and balances and the abbreviations used can be defeating

    Advice to Management

get some new blood and make newcomers welcome, your tons of processes , checks and balances and old war horses (read old employees) overwhelm and intimidate new joiness
