Pros

Employee benefits - health, dental, RRSP, Stock options
On site conveniences - convenience store, gym, masseuse
Opportunities for advancements with courses (dependent on leader)

Cons

HR's inconsistent approach to reporting leaders and associated discrepancies
Heavy focus on level within the organization with subsequent blocking of employees' advancement

Advice to ManagementAdvice

An employee's worth should be dependent on his / her successes and productivity and not based on a "band" level within the hierarchy.

    Relatively young team, independence and autonomy, diversity in the workplace

    Cons

    Hot desking rules, technology is complicated and unfriendly and some platforms are just old, numerous systems and platforms, not much strategic direction or support in developing customers at the big end of town, not much of a voice, you are just a number and your output is just a number. Limited career and advancement opportunities
