    Pros

The company provides extremely good work life balance. Is a very solid and well respected brand to work for. Significant learning opportunities.

    Cons

Can be painfully slow adapting to marketplace changes leading to loss of marketshare thereby creating additional unwanted pressure on employees. Some systems and processes are ancient.
