I have been working at American Express full-time for less than a year
Pros – they make you feel like an individual rather than just a cog in a corporate machine (which realistically you are)
Cons – there is one working day of the year off and that is christmas day,
Advice to Senior Management – nothing.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
