Prostalented people, good work/life balance, collaborative environment, cares about customers, has launched some cool stuff -- couponless offers through facebook, etc., leader in payments with affluent customers (company is well positioned)

Conschallenging regulatory environment, highly matrixed, difficult to pursue breakthrough innovation in any sustained way (start a project, end a project, prioritize, deprioritize) except for in a few select teams.

Advice to Senior Managementit's difficult to run an agile project (multiple phased releases) with our funding process -- CBA covers phase 1, but hard to get phase 2 or phase 3 funded. So if one is diligent about launching the MVP, the rest of the product enhancements go on hold. This needs to change to support sustained innovation
