American Express MBA Intern in New York, NY:   (Past Employee - 2009)

Pros

Great culture and environment. Lots of opportunities to interact with management. Everyone is great about accepting meetings with interns.

Cons

I had a great summer though I didn't get a full time offer. I would recommend the company to anyone wanting a meaty internship.

Advice to Senior Management

Be more selective with who gets interns
