    Pros

Values based company - treat each other with respect & dignity. Flex Time Paid Time Off Accrual 100% Vesting, company match up to 5% in 401K Benefits from Day One Good Leadership Opportunities Global Company with Interest in Cutting Edge Digital Direction Hires Well most of the time. Slow to fire.

    Cons

Poor Interview Process Reliability on Networking Most of the time leader is not going to be your advocate due to current climate / downsizing. Outsource critical functions for shareholder benefit at risk of long time loyal people. Slow in some departments to invest fast enough or support dead end projects where other more viable forward thinking solutions are readily available out of the box. To many layers of management. Very top heavy in pay distribution above people leader/contributor levels.

    Advice to Management

Develop your people as well as provide them with above average compensation. Utilize what the corporation has already invested in technology wise before looking elsewhere, know when to cut your losses and look for another way. Continue doing what you do best while lifting others up to your level when they have made contributions to your team. It is okay to create your replacement it is natural occurrence.
