    PAY, VACATION, THE PEOPLE (ON THE SAME LEVEL AS YOU),

    Cons

    T-bass surveys that they hold you accountable for those when they have nothing to do with you, the fact they will take your incentives away over the surveys, when they are looking to promote they already know who they are hiring but will interview you to give you false hope, over worked they want more out of you and micro manage every second your on the phone, seems that you or almost everyone is always on some form of write ups, the fact they are open 365 days so sorry that you have a family you can not spend the holidays with them, and lastly the fact you have to worry every day if your job will be outsourced since they do a lot of it.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    stop micro managing people, and holding workers accountable for the surveys that have nothing to do with them. and stop sending peoples jobs to India.
