Pros

Since I work from home, the best things are clothing & travel. Your clothing budget is low and you're not affected by traffic, adverse weather, or car problems. The benefits are also good and the pay is adequate. The vacation & sick time are great and the bonus payouts monthly are wonderful.

Cons

Communication is difficult as is bonding. Working from home also makes it difficult to learn by listening, and there tends to be less emphasis on training. There is something to be said for interactive learning. It can be draining at times because you can begin to feel a bit robotic.

    Pros

Corporate offices, luxuries that you need like a good cafeteria.

    Cons

Worked previously at WTC and the feeling was always volatile in the trading desk area. Certain managers were too touchy with the women staff. Sandy Weill was pushed out and the family atmosphere left.

    Advice to Management

Need to teach about harassment on all levels. Wanted to stay but could not under the unchanged environment.

  2. Good overall experience.
