I worked at American Family Insurance full-time for less than a year

    Pros

401k plan is great, company matches up to first 3% of your pay

    Cons

in the recent years there have been a lot of changes that have caused some discomfort in the company and disgruntled employees/ stress in the lower ranks

Health care plan is not very good and is fairly expensive

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

The company is too top heavy. If anylized the management to empoyee ratio is extremely high. Next time the board looks to cut cost they should look at some of the redundant executive positions that are above the VP level.
