No health insurance, 401K, Education reimbursement or opportunities.

Advice to Senior Management

Insist that new staff be sent to the available Staff Training Program. Being remibursed for required continuing education. Having decent and AFFORDABLE health insurance, 401K, etc. available to the people who work in the agencies--at the very least they are NOT provided or even offered to the customer service/account reps. I am the customers first contact and I'm offered minimal training (whatever I can scrape together) and no benefits. It's apparently based on what the agent wants to "offer" which in my case is not a darn thing if he has to pay any portion of it!
