Pros

Multiple locations around Southern California / good support system in Home Office / good way for managers to learn multiple skills in different industries

Cons

Regional Directors are spread thin across their territories which make it difficult to provide direct support to managers / managers are asked to wear many "hats" in order to perform their duties

Advice to Management

Shrink the size of each Regional Director's territory so they are able to provide more direct support to their managers.

    Pros

It's stable and backed by capital partners. Standard medical and paid time off.

    Cons

They're always cutting corners. Salaried employees are required to take furloughs, there is no matching on 401k, and overall there is a lack of organization and poor communication. Very few opportunities for upward mobility and they don't really care about your future goals.

    Advice to Management

Don't cut corners all the time and waste money.
