High turn-over rate and sometimes super-high workload for the amount of staff in each office...

    Pros

    - Ethical
    - Positive culture
    - The organization is supportive of exploring new business ideas
    - Affiliate (Regional) offices offer higher titles then you might get elsewhere (ex. a manager may be hired as director)

    Cons

    - Some positions need to be funded before someone can be hired and some positions lose funding
    - High turnover in many fundraising positions
    - Fundraising is more difficult in a down economy
    - Titles are inconsistent between regional offices and the national office (ex. VP in regional office would be a Director at the national office)
