AHA is a great place to work

ProsNonprofit organization with a corporate feel. The AHA has the technology that is needed to get the job done. Hard work is valued and rewarded.

ConsBeing so large, it is not as agile as one would like at times.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe careful to listen and not dismiss what you deem as irrelevant. Ask, "Who's perspective is most important in this situation?"
