Fairly Good Experience

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsGreat Mission in helping those with heart disease and stroke by fundraising for research. Pay is good.

ConsCulture changes yearly. Extremely high expectations and goals. No work/life balance except for higher managment.

Advice to Senior ManagementReviews every 6 months seem very taxing on management who does the reviews and staff. More flexible hours would be good for staff who are not management.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Pros: Nice concept of working for a Non-Profit for a cause. … Cons: The really nice people that start at AHA tend to leave because AHA is not as it appears. Management needs to be reviewed. … Advice to Senior Management: Lead by example. Make management at AHA lead by example and hold management up to higher standards. This… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
