Pros

Had option to do administrative work or go out in the field for project based work. Volunteering hours are very flexible. Worked with very wonderful people and people are generally very grateful of what you are doing.

Cons

Since this was a volunteer experience, there was no pay.

Advice to Management

Hold the hands of volunteers a bit more in project based work so they can work more productively.

    Pros

    Best volunteers to work with.

    Cons

Management is a group of sorority women who are deeply insecure and destroy talented individuals by cutting them down to their level.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the Executive Directors and VP's who only foster this toxic environment.
