    Pros

This is an incredible brand, with great events and passionate volunteers. Most of the employees really care about what they do. The organization gives you the chance to learn and develop different skills.

    Cons

This organization suffers from a command and control management style. Some senior executives have been grandfathered in and promotion at the top seems to be based on seniority.

    Advice to Management

Become more flat and transparent. Incorporate more practitioners of holistic health and join WorldBlu to become a democratic workplace.

    Pros

An organization that truly wants to eliminate cardiovascular disease as the number one cause of death and disability.

    Cons

An organization that has recently put too much emphasis on raising money than educating the American people on how to avoid heart disease or how to live a long and fruitful life after being diagnosed with any cardiovascular disease. . .too much emphasis on money; not enough on awareness building.
