Pros

Great training at coorporate, good experience to call on doctors, hospitals, clinics, skiled nursing facilities, etc

Cons

Have to pay expenses out of pocket however company does reimburse

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give a car allowance and/or better car package & have a company card for expenses to reps dont have to pay out of pocket

    Average benefits, Average/ below average results

    Cons

    They don't pay well, they have no allegience to their employees, " no glue " that keeps us together,
    They don't keep their promises made to the working people of the company

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Pay better...You may just be able to attract better sales people. Right now you are getting exactly what you are paying for.
