“Analyst”
Current Employee – been working at American Honda Motor full-time for less than a year
Pros – Lots of great exposure to the automotive industry and how volume auto sales functions. The ability to travel within a region and meet with dealers all while being supported by management.
Cons – No clear direction of what the position should accomplish. Analysts from different areas may be doing completely different jobs, so it is difficult to know what is the correct path to follow.
Advice to Senior Management – More feedback and a clear plan to follow to meet expectations.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
