Cons – extremely competitive industry especially in todays economic environment, but honda should maintain being the well run co. that they are.

Advice to Senior Management – don't ever forget to remain true to your employees as well as customers, don't fall into the trap of toyota and prove there was no concern for customer safety and livelihood,
