I have been working at American Income Life full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Advancement, growth, stability, unbeatable pay, leadership, retirement, benefits, support system, family, challenge, healthy competition, acknowledgement, ethical standards, earned vacations...What is there not to like?

    Cons

If you are not the type to put your heart and soul into your goals, this is not a place for you. This is where dreams come true, but not without the necessary effort, drive, and personal motivation. Without some sacrifice, your dreams are bound to sit stagnant. American Income Life provides an opportunity to use its systems and structure to your advantage to build your own empire. In other words, the con of AIL is that you have to WORK for your success. That shouldn't come as a surprise.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

New agents hire you to teach them everything you know. Along with this leadership role comes the responsibility of holding them accountable for their success. If you are allowing them to skimp, it is your fault when they come in at second place. If they are not reaching their goals, it is unacceptable, and they need to know that. Otherwise, you are not holding up your end of the agreement when you promised that their goals can be achieved here. Remember, many people are not millionaires because they are not willing to give the temporary sacrifice of their precious TIME. To get time, you have to give time.
