    Pros

    All around great working environment. The people for the most part enjoy their work and are very welcoming. I would recommend working here.

    Cons

    Some departments are more over worked than others.

    Balance the workload between departments or hire more people.

    Driven employees, teamwork, supportive management, employee perks

    Cons

    Inconsistent practices, heavy workload at times, office is on 3 different floors. All other cons are common to any office environment.

    Create documentation for best practices and make sure that it is reviewed and approved by all managers.
