    Pros

    All around great working environment. The people for the most part enjoy their work and are very welcoming. I would recommend working here.

    Cons

    Some departments are more over worked than others.

    Balance the workload between departments or hire more people.

    values your improvement and even pays some for college

    low salary is frustrating, not open to new people, you need to network with people to get in. they don't read resumes that are sent by people who don't have any inside contact.

    salary is low, it should be more open to new people. they should read the resumes sent by applicants even though they don't know anyone inside.
