    Pros

    All around great working environment. The people for the most part enjoy their work and are very welcoming. I would recommend working here.

    Cons

    Some departments are more over worked than others.

    Balance the workload between departments or hire more people.

    Pros

    Had many professional development events. Interns are given 'real' work. Collegial atmosphere. Opportunities to learn.

    Cons

    Quality of experience heavily determined by your supervisor. Can get slow at times. Not much interaction between members of the team.
