Pretty good.

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at American Institutes for Research

ProsLaid back culture; dress is business casual, and the work is very stable because it is a nonprofit. Otherwise great.

ConsThere's a definite PhD/non-PhD divide. Also, the salaries are low at best compared to other work, and the offices are a little inefficient.

Advice to Senior ManagementIf you pay more you'll be able to get better people. Other than that, just keep up the good work.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
