Approves of CEO

Pros

A high degree of worker longevity, people seem to stay here for 10+ years and much more in some cases.

Cons

Not a very green company, no hand dryers or anything like that. High pay for interns though, very nice to see.

Advice to Management

Offer higher starting salaries for workers. But, other than that things are nice here and I was happy to have been a part of it.

    Pros

People Nice atmosphere Easily accessible (travel to job) Upper Management is accessible Open HR department

    Cons

Compensation Operations-stock level issues, shipping times affected customer experience at times. Sometimes too much red tape in handling situations or progressing situations.

    Advice to Management

Get more resources (tech, people, etc.) to make the customer experience even better.

    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

Its a job and I have not found a job anywhere else yet.

    Cons

No raises. Have to pay for your own insurance. Forced furloughs (time off without pay), 11 so far in less than 6-months, which equates to about a 5% pay cut. Management does not listen to employees or each other.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees as most have been working in the industry far longer than you. At least communicate with each other if you cannot communicate with your employees. New product to stay a float? Something customers truly need. Without your employees or the customers where would you be?
