I worked at American Labelmark

Pros

A high degree of worker longevity, people seem to stay here for 10+ years and much more in some cases.

Cons

Not a very green company, no hand dryers or anything like that. High pay for interns though, very nice to see.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Offer higher starting salaries for workers. But, other than that things are nice here and I was happy to have been a part of it.

Very nice people and atmosphere, but a little behind the times in technology and compensation.

I have been working at American Labelmark

    Pros

Its a job and I have not found a job anywhere else yet.

    Cons

    No raises.
Have to pay for your own insurance.
Forced furloughs (time off without pay), 11 so far in less than 6-months, which equates to about a 5% pay cut.
Management does not listen to employees or each other.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees as most have been working in the industry far longer than you. At least communicate with each other if you cannot communicate with your employees. New product to stay a float? Something customers truly need. Without your employees or the customers where would you be?
