Great place to work for progressive, "go-getter" personalities.

ProsGood working atmosphere with respect for family and personal lives. A lot of room for creativity in your position once you have established yourself as long as you are a good communicator and a team player. Good insurance and benefits package. Overall you can feel great about coming to work everyday and making a difference in someone else's life.

ConsSome of the employees that have been around for a long time are poisonous to a positive working atmosphere. Compensation is good for non-profit but not on par with for-profit business. Professional development and training opportunities are lacking compared to what you can get at for-profit companies.

    Doesn't care about its employees, unfair staffing levels at blood drives, low comparable pay, poor benefit package.
