    Pros

Great environment for young interns. The intern group was fantastic. Got along with the staff in the personal sense, but found the office itself unorganized. I was the pr intern and felt important.

    Cons

Hard to grow and develop skills to use in other environments. I wish I had known the issues my superiors had with the company before I decided to work with them. Superiors were hypocrites, expected me to be their slave and complete any sort of task they came up with. Found out I was not an official intern when I tried to fix the internet on a day the interns and I were the only ones in the office.

    Advice to Management

Better delegation and communication skills to all territory leaders. They seem lost, un-enthused and are looking for new jobs.

    Pros

Good mission and great programs for training others

    Cons

What isn't a con anymore? This organization once made me feel like I was making a difference and now I feel like I'm a cash cow and all they care about is the money coming in. The cost cuts, lack of communication, and poor management in all areas has seriously hindered the organization as a whole! Just cause they sit in Washington doesn't mean they know what their doing!

    Advice to Management

Try being on the ground floor of what you have created! The reason you are losing money and can't make a profit or keep your long time customers is that you have no idea what it is like to deal with your organization! In someways it is hard to say I work for you to other instructors because they get angry. You need to fix this or everyone will leave!
