    Pros

Great product. The new DEO has his work cut out for him weeding through the bad eggs left from the old regime.

    Cons

No loyalty. There are a few people there are only in it for themselves.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at American Science and Engineering

    Pros

General employee population is wonderful. Very diversified group of individuals. For the most part, they have each other's back.

    Cons

Management is out of touch with the general worker. They give a lot of lip service to ethics and values but don't practice what they preach.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

No matter how good you are, no one can know or do it all. Listen to what your employees are trying to tell you. If you do not trust in their contributions, then you may have the wrong person in the position. But if you believe they do their job well, then you may want to at least listen to and consider what they have to say.
