Coordinator

Coordinator (Current Employee) Chicago, IL

ProsEmployees can wear jeans in the summer. They offer flex time and the benefits in general are good. You can work from home on occasion.

ConsAll the good people are leaving. Upper management is very disorganized and not very professional.

Advice to Senior ManagementBe more honest with your employees. HR department is not very professional and you can't speak to them in confidence.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
