PAY OK BUT THE REST IS HORRIBLE AND CONTRACTORS NEED TO ? IS THIS THE REPUTATION THEY WANT ATTACHED TO THEIR COMPANY

I worked at American Support full-time for less than a year

Pros

ok pay
fun employees
save on gas/ balance life

Cons

lies and deceit
blamed for uncontrollably things
rarely any help on Live ops Chat
system issues
2 weeks training not enough to place someone on the phone
broken promises
mixed information (the higher ups are not on the same page)
accusations
mistreatment of employees
policy is questionable
strange reasons for not getting sales pay
etc...... (the list goes on)

Advice to ManagementAdvice

there is much needed improvement needed with this company. the treatment of the employees and customers is outrageous. the policy seems very questionable. the lies and deceits needs to stop immediately or you going to anger an employee who may seek revenge. you can not fire the employee for the choices of the customers. if they don't want something and we did what we could then you should considered respecting that decisions and not write up your employees for sales. there is a lot of unethical things happening within the company and it's going to become dangerous. Please i know i don't work there anymore and i wish no harm onto the company. it's just not for me but for the love of God please change some of the things and investigate if you have to because only time will tell until one of your employees will snap and go to any great lengths to destroy the reputation of the company as they did the employees. please fix this before it goes to far. thank you for the opportunities but i could not allow your company to destroy my good work ethics and time management reputation.

    Pros

    The great feeling you will have when you quit!

    Cons

    Yes they offer insurance, after you pay the first $11,000 a year in medical cost they start to pay a percentage. Yes they have some paid time off, to bad you can never take it. There were 30 people who started in my training class. Two weeks later there were 11 of us. There are many systems to learn and more codes and things to learn then you can count. You get a whole 2 weeks to learn it all and then you are thrown into the fire. The training is a joke. The assistance you get after that is an even bigger joke. Now they get on you non stop about all the mistakes you make. It is more lectures and test you must take in a fake effort to improve you. Being homeless and begging for spare change is a better job then this. They start you out making less now then people hired before you. The test you are forced to take are done on your time without pay.

    You have nothing to be proud of. Your turn over rate is off the charts. You treat your people and customers like crap. It is all about scamming people to get them to pay more. Then faulting your employees when they do not. How about training people so they actually have a clue what they are doing? Stop blaming others for your own failures and short comings.
