“Good experience”
Former Employee – worked at American Tower
Pros – It has a very friendly atmosphere. I loved working with the people there. It is a very flat organization and they respect all their employees. it is a very non hierarchical company.
Cons – the pay is not that great. It is a very sales driven organization and all the other departments are not given that much importance.
Advice to Senior Management – improve the pay scale and start spending more on strategies and how to get new business. it relies a lot in its old customers.
