Current Employee – been working at American Tower full-time
Pros – Fast-paced ever changing environment. Lots of room for new experiences and opportunities. International growth provides ever increasing areas for professional growth.
Cons – Fast-paced ever changing environment which can be challenging, especially for a newcomer. Often the rate of growth prevents the company from developing candidates internally and they go directly to the market for experience.
Advice to Senior Management – Planning, planning, planning. Good job but always an area for improvement, especially with the lightening speed at which we operate.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
