“A work in progress”
Current Employee – been working at American Type Culture Collection
Pros – Excellent Vacation and Sick leave. Short work week. The company is under new leadership and postitive changes are being made.
Cons – Salary is below industry standards. The org. culture is slow to change. If you are task oriented and prefer a well structured work environment you will find this company frustrating.
Advice to Senior Management – Be humble and look to the younger talent within this company to transform it from good to great.
