    Pros

Great benefits Positive environment on green, leafy campus Staff are able to be flexible to serve students

    Cons

University departmental politics Lower pay than some other options Some outdated management structures

    Advice to Management

Build the endowment and keep it that way. Cut the President's pay. Build trust with the students, who presently trust the Board of Directors very little. Students don't disagree with all policies, but there are few efforts to communicate or openly share information wtih students. The quarterly emails on the ten year plan are a step in the right direction on this.
