I worked at Ameriprise full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Decent pay and benefits Access to a decent gym in the home office in Minneapolis

    Cons

Expect to get ridden and have work dumped on you the lower on the ladder you start. The culture had worsened and become more stressful (fewer perks and more responsibility for no appreciable increase in pay) over the years I worked there. Sad thing is this is likely just the trend in the economy of the set decade.
