Pros

Amgen offers some great benefits for their full time employees. They give some of the most vacation days out of all the companies in the United States of America. They also have some of the best food on campus out of any company out there. Their on-site fitness center is state of the art and they offer some great fitness classes. Overall, not a bad company to work for.

Cons

Kevin W. Sharer does not keep the stockholder's interest in mind. The management does not listen to their employees.
