    Pros

    Generous vacation policy, including two full weeks of company shutdown.
    On-site amenities available to all staff (free gym comparable to private clubs, day care, car wash, gift shops)

    Cons

    The company has lost its way, and no longer relies on the original values that made it successful.
    Lack of work-life balance.
    Limited career development opportunities.
    Leadership decision making is questionable and self-serving.
