“Always forward-thinking, very good place to work”
I worked at Amgen full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Well known to be best-in-class for benefits, Amgen is a great place to work for those who truly care about contributing at their workplace on a daily basis. The company requires foresightedness and maturity of its employees.
Cons – As a large company, Amgen has many of the trappings of size (e.g. slower decision making, heirarchy, work process complexities).
Advice to Senior Management – Please continue to be proactive and considerate of your staff - and thank you for a great experience.
