    Pros

    Great people and culture. Access to senior management a plus, as well as new learning opportunities. Constantly trying to create efficiencies and improvements in the way the company and the functions operate.

    Cons

    Amgen is just now working on putting into place structured career development groups. In the future, once these groups are more mature, there will be good opportunities for employees.
