I worked at Amgen full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Support advancement when it is earned and makes sense. Good team support of projects big or small and reasonable assignment of resources.

    Cons

Glacial trying to get a new project approved or a capex purchase made. Even though once its doneit can be done on an almost unlimited scale the approval process is too long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Form and inter-department committee to regularly review what each department is doing. This way the right hand will know what the left hand is doing.
