    Pros

Summer internship was an excellent opportunity to explore the pharmaceutical industry. We were each assigned summer projects which we presented upon the end of our 3 months. This paid internship also includes summer housing, car rental, gym membership, and fun extracurricular events (surfing, baseball games, kayaking, etc.). Many opportunities to network with executive level employees . Excellent Executive (C-Level) Speaker Series.

    Cons

None. After completing the summer internship program, many interns were presented with full-time offers.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

Amazing benefits - vacation and holidays start at 5 weeks, matching 401k, flex-time

    Cons

Changing environment makes for uncertainty. Outsourcing is making everyone suspicious and nervous.

    Advice to Management

Put emphasis back on people and training to retain talent.
