    Pros: Offers a vehicle to the average everyday person to learn… Cons: Has been a complete disrespect for the value of members and the staff that supports them. Used financial mismanagement to cut established staff… Advice to Senior Management: Get back to vision of grassroots. Acknowledge this is what made Amnesty NOT just another advocacy group.
