Current Employee – been working at Amtech

Pros – The company seems well managed and the day-to-day workload is always changing. They do a good job with clearing out dead weight.

Cons – The location is not ideal. It's on/near an Indian reservation, which in and of itself isn't bad, but the surrounding areas seem really repressed.

Advice to Senior Management – The only complaint is that a lot of outside hiring was done, as opposed to internal promotions. But, I suppose with a smaller company, the talent pool is smaller and there ins't always someone qualified to fill a vacant position.
