Pros

Senior Management is very proactive and supportive of youth growth within the company. Senior Management is better than I could have hoped for.

Cons

Difficult to navigate your place within the company.

    Pros

The people here are like one big family and they are friends and not just coworkers. You feel like you are really doing something to make the country better.

    Cons

It would be good to have more support from Congress.

    Pros

Good salary, health benefits and travel perks. The job was easy to learn and maintain. I worked there from 1993-1998 until I took a company buyout. I starter out at the Reservations Center and then ended my career at the L.A Station. I adored the station but was unable to hold a job there due to my seniority otherwise I would've never left.

    Cons

Some of the management could've used a refresher course in training and people skills.
