I have been working at Amway full-time (less than an year)

Pros

The products really sell themselves. Amway takes away the need to shop in a public place, saving you gas and money by selling in bulk.

Cons

Sadly, they are not very open to the vegetarian market, they do not carry products such as vegetarian meals and the like. This is not a sway away for me however...

Advice to ManagementAdvice

obtain some vegetarian/vegan food items, to expand the grocery section

*You will have to be okay with sacrificing a little short term to get a lot long term

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more open to the ideas of IBOs under a certain level, and give a platform where we can express our ideas for partnerships, changes, product lines, etc.
